Alternative to Criminal and ineffective Bailiffs

Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council,

Please see the article in the link below concerning local authority bailiff use to recover monies owed to the council.

https://www.journalism.co.uk/press-relea...

Council Tax Advisors CIC are offering local authorities a 100% free council tax debt recovery service. I envisage this will improve the tarnished reputation of councils who have up until now had to endorse the fraudulent actions of its bailiff contractor firms such as Rossendales.

The council's luck may not carry on indefinitely with regards circumventing the justice system and would seem that a 100% free council tax debt recovery service would be a sensible alternative to relying on criminals.

I would like all or any recorded information in relation to plans that Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council has to end its criminal partnership with its private bailiff contractors.

Yours faithfully,

Derek Prickles
