Dear National Audit Office,

the director of the Good Law Project, Jolyon Maugham, has published in recent days a series of serious allegations concerning the award of PPE supply contracts to questionable companies, some closely connected to people appointed by Government Ministers.

None of the contracts have been disclosed.

Please could you
1) Confirm or deny that you have scrutinized/investigated the manner in which PPE supplies were procured from Ayanda, Crisp Websites Limited, Prospermill, Pestfix, and others by the Dept of Health
2) The report resulting from those assessments (if any), including any briefing given to the Committee of Public Accounts
3) Any correspondence between the NAO and the DoH concerning this matter, since the award of the contracts
4) Any correspondence between the NAO and the companies involved concerning this matter, since the award of the contracts
5) Details of any criminal investigations that may have resulted from your investigations.
