Allowances available to MPs related to heating and lighting of domestic or second homes
Dear Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority,
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in particular, the following question under the Freedom of Information Act.
I would like to request the following in relation to heating and lighting
1. The allowances available to MPs for domestic and second homes in relation to to heating and lighting including separately any allowance related to winter fuel.
2. The total amount claimed annually for years 2019 to 2023, and 2024 to date in respect of this.
3. The top 10 claims by members for both Labour and Conservative MPs for each of those years.

Section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act allows public authorities to
apply variations to the normal 20 working day timescale in some limited

an extension in advance of the deadline given above.
