McAndrews Stephen, Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council

Dear Ms Campbell

I have been passed your FOI request on allotments to answer. In
response to your specific queries:

1) There are two sites in the Council area which have waiting lists but
the council do not have direct access to them other than as any member
of the public would in that they are administered by the Management
Committees of the two sites.

2) There are in total 495 plots (409 + 86).

3) For the reason given above I would not know but at any given time
anecdotally this often translates into an eighteen month waiting time
for individuals. Enquiries received by the Council are redirected to
these waiting lists.

4) Not unless or until they are judged to have become too long by the
Management Committee.

5) I am not aware of any other sites in the Council area.

I hope that this response meets your requirements.

Yours sincerely
