Please see the attached.
2. Please could you send us the previous Tenancy Agreement for allotment plots in the Council?
Please see the attached. This is the only tenancy agreement that the Council have used. There has been no previous agreement. No changes have been made.
3. Was the agreement changed following a public consultation?
No changes were made to the agreement.
4. Please could you send us the documentation associated with this consultation that highlights the change in Tenancy Agreement for allotment plots in the Council?
Not applicable
5. Is the Council planning to chance the current Tenancy Agreement for allotment plots in the Council within the next 12 months?
The Council has no plans to change the agreement.
6. Can you please send us the cost of an allotment within your Council for the years: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and what they will be for 2012 and 2013.
Please refer to attached spreadsheet, which shows charges relating to all years requested. We do not have the prices for 2013 therefore information is not held.
7. Can you please send us the cost of using water as charged to individual plot holders within your Council for the years: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and what they will be for 2012 and 2013.
The cost of the water is contained within the charge per plot (at those sites where a water facility is provided). This charge is not relative to individual plot holder usage. We do not have the prices for 2013 therefore information is not held.

No rates of discount applicable.

The cost of waste removal is not calculated separately, therefore this information is not held.
