Allotment rent increases

We're waiting for paul llewellyn to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,
we are all aware times has been very difficult during this pandemic of Covid , and i hope you are all keeping well , the allotment rent increases we know has had to increase during financial difficulties, but could i please ask does the rent increases contribute to the running costs of Ashtons Green Community Allotments (water rates , electricity bills) which for 95% of the tenants on their it is not fit for purpose, due to bullying activites
