Dear Despatch Box,

Thank you for your reply. Before I officially raise an Interview Review I will provide you with the opportunity to upload the 7 decision letters made under "exceptional circumstances".

It may help you if I draw your attention to the previous response by your department to the following request - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

In this instance your department uploaded the 14 applications made for deregulation which were granted under "exceptional circumstances" As you will be well aware the applications are far larger in size than the decision letters so I will be assuming there will be no issue to upload these at your earliest convenience.

It is somewhat disappointing that your department has records of previous requests so should have checked first before responding.

Yours sincerely,

Frederick Wesley

Dear Mr Wesley

Thank you  for your email of about provision of decision letters
electronically.

I am sorry that you were not happy with our response.  I should explain
that our own systems have strict  file size restrictions, which can cause
difficulties with large documents.  Personal data redactions can also
significantly increase file size.  Having reviewed this particular case, I
will attempt to send the documentation by way of 2 emails later today.
The emails will however, have to be sent from
[1][email address]

In the event that these are not received, please contact me by replying to
this email

 Your sincerely
