Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'allotment'.

I would like a review of my FOI request for the following reason.
I believe the information provided is wrong and misleading, for the following reason, Wirral Metropolitian Borough Council's head of Legal,HR and asset management has recently acknowledged that the site secretary of Harris Allotment site, Prenton Road West, Prenton, has breeched the Data Protection Act.
I am astonished that no records are kept of the illegal activity of Council appointed representatives.
Please check your facts.

Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,
Not only has the site secretary of Harris allotment site broken the Data Protection Act, but he also broke the council's own Data protection Policy.
This has been bourne out by the former Director of Law and the now acting Director of Law.
Their was a Court case on the 8th February 2013 and the Council agreed to pay compensation for this action.
Surely you will hold this on record?

Yours sincerely,

Arthur Hurworth
