Dear Rob
I refer to the freedom of information request submitted to Bradford
Council on 14 December 2023. Your request, and the Council’s response,
are both set out below.

you could provide the following information:

COUNCIL’S RESPONSE
All tenants of Council Housing are those who have been assessed and
allocated a property through the Council’s allocation process. This is
freely available to view [1]here on the Council’s website. Only those
eligible can apply for and be allocated Council Housing, so all tenants of
the Authority’s stock are eligible tenants, applied through specific
legislation and their personal circumstances. Note that the Council’s
portfolio consists of just over 400 domestic properties.
The Council does not hold specific data on the tenant make up of any other
social housing provider in the City. You would have to contact each of
these individually for information.
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, if you are not
satisfied with the reply to your request you can ask for a review. A
request for a review must be submitted within 40 working days by emailing
us at [2][Bradford City Council request email] or by writing to Corporate Information
Governance Team, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, City
Hall, Centenary Square, Bradford, BD1 1HY.
If you are still not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review you
have the right of appeal to the Information Commissioner who can be
contacted at: Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF
