I wish to make an FOI request, about social housing (/council housing depending on the data that you have available) and would be grateful if you could provide the following information:
1)
- The number of social/council housing premises in your council area which have a lead tenant who is a UK national
- the number of social/council premises which have a lead tenant who is a foreign national
2) The total number of UK nationals who are occupants of social/council housing in your council area.
- the total number of foreign nationals who are occupants of social/council housing in your council area.

Good afternoon

Allocation of social housing.
I am writing to inform you that the information you requested is not held.
North Norfolk District Council no longer owns any properties and
social/affordable rented accommodation in the district is owned by a
number of housing associations. You would need to contact them directly to
get this information.
The supply of information in response to a freedom of information request
does not confer an automatic right to re-use the information. You are free
to use any information supplied to you for your own use, including
non-commercial research purposes. However, any other type of re-use, for
example, by publishing the information or issuing copies to the public
will require the permission of the copyright owner. Where the copyright is
owned by North Norfolk District Council , you must apply to the Council to
re-use the information. For information where the copyright is owned by
another person or organisation, you must apply to the copyright owner to
obtain their permission.
If you are dissatisfied with the way in which the council have managed
your FOI request, you can pursue an Internal Review by emailing
[North Norfolk District Council request email] An internal review must be
submitted within 40 working days of your original reply.
If you remain unhappy following the outcome of your Internal Review, you
may wish to refer your case to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
and details of this organisation can be found at http://www.ico.org.uk/
Please be advised that the ICO will not consider your case until they have
confirmation that you have already been through the Internal Review stage
with the council.
