Please provide a copy of the ARUP assessment that identifies and proposes this site for allocation in the Local Plan including the size (in ha), its capacity, the assessment of insurmountable constraints and the allocation justification provide by ARUP.

In the pre hearing statement for matter 15: places and sites, there were
four proposed alterations to the Green Belt in Chigwell which included
site CHIG.R4. Please see pages 113 – 115 of the attached document. The
Green Belt & District Open Land Background Papers mentioned in the
