Dear Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust,

Under the Freedom Of Information Act, I would like to request details of the Wellbeing contract.

I have the following questions;

1. What is the full amount for the Wellbeing contract a) for the first 5-year contract b) for the extension?
2. Of these amounts, how much was allocated to Norfolk and Waveney MIND (formerly West Norfolk MIND, Norwich and Central Norfolk MIND, Great Yarmouth and Waveney Mind, now merged)?
3. Of the amount allocated to MIND, how much was allocated for staff costs?
4. Of the amount allocated to staff costs, how much was allocated for each role? Can this be broken down by role; Counsellors, Peer Support Workers, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (including trainees), Local Associate Support Coordinators, Employment Support Advisors, etc.
5. Do the allocated staff costs above correspond to the Agenda for Change pay scale? If so which ones? E.g. Counsellors – Band 6/7, Psychological Wellbeing Practioners – Band 5, etc

Thank you for your reply to my information request received today.

Unfortunately the formatting of your reply has jumbled up sentences and paragraphs and it is difficult to decipher, please see https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a... for the results of your formatting. Could you please provide it without formatting to make it intelligible. This should be a straightforward matter taking little of your time.

From what I can see, information appears to only be partially answered to one of the questions (perhaps as a result of the formatting).
2. Of these amounts, how much was allocated to Norfolk and Waveney MIND (formerly West Norfolk MIND, Norwich and Central Norfolk MIND, Great Yarmouth and Waveney Mind, now merged)?
It appears that only 3 years figures have been provided instead of 5. As we are now in year 6 of the contract the missing 2 years figures should be available.

I accept that the Trust do not have access to the exact amounts that MIND will allocate for staff costs. These are though substantial sums of public money and a specified service is required for them. So I request a clarification of what is required for each of the years that you have provided for each of the three (former) MINDs.
