                I understand that your request is as follows:-
Alliance Leicester Commercial Bank: Under the FOIA please provide all
information and dealings the council district billing authority have or
have had with this bank.
Please list time periods, records/data/arrangements/policy etc.
With regards to both council tax and non-domestic rates.
Unfortunately, I cannot fully identify the information you require from
the details you have provided. To help me meet your request could you
please let me know the following information:-
Alliance and Leicester was taken over by Santander in 2008, which
subsequently stopped using the ‘Alliance and Leicester’ brand. Please
could you clarify exactly what information you are after, and over what
time period. Given the time period since it was in existence, if we hold
any records they will have been archived and therefore ask that you are as
specific as possible with your request.
Your request cannot be processed until this information has been received.
The statutory time to respond to your request is on “hold” until we have
heard from you. If after 30 days we have not had your reply, we will
assume you are no longer interested and close this case.
