Dear Applicant,

1. The total number of schools in your local authority area that have undertaken
formal training on administering Adrenaline Auto-Injector (AAI) devices during
the past 12 months.

2. The total number of school staff in your local authority area who have
undertaken formal training on administering Adrenaline Auto-Injector (AAI)
devices during the past 12 months.

3. The total number of schools in your local authority area that have undertaken
Allergy Awareness training during the past 12 months.

4. The total number of school staff in your local authority area that have
undertaken Allergy Awareness training during the past 12 months.

5. The total number of schools in your local authority area with a specific
Allergy Policy published and in operation.

6. The total number of schools in your local authority area holding spare
adrenaline auto-injector devices, for use in the event of an anaphylaxis
emergency
