Would the Members of your Panel please provide any and all recorded information , including information held on computers, in emails and in printed or handwritten documents ( including minutes of formal meetings of either Officers and / or Members together with any attendance notes taken by either Officers and / or Individual Members at any informal meetings ) as well as images, video and audio recordings , minutes etc , and which is held by your Statutory Body and relates to :-

1) The Policy which you apply to criminal allegations made by Electors / Members of the Public against past and / or serving Council Members and / or Council Officers of Local Authorities , including the most Senior Officers who carry various Statutory Positions within the legal framework of Local Government , ( for example , Monitoring Officers , Solicitors , Auditors ) , and how your Panel applies an allegedly differing Policy being a more stringent standard towards ordinary Members of the Public working in the Private Sector , than it does towards Public Sector Employees , especially towards allegations of fraud made under Sections 3 & 4 of the Fraud Act 2006 ?

Yours faithfully,
