Allegations of Rape and Abuse in Dyfed Powys hospitals

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Dyfed Powys Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Dyfed Powys Police,

1. How many reports have been made to Dyfed Powys POLICE FORCE of sexual assaults which are alleged to have taken place at Dyfed Powys hospitals since January 1st 2019?
2. How many reports have been made to Dyfed Powys POLICE FORCE of rape which are alleged to have taken place at Dyfed Powys hospitals since January 1st 2019?
3. How many of the above points 1 and 2 were reported to have taken place on a hospital ward?
4. How many people have been charged with sexual assault/rape re. 1 and 2 above?
