allegations of DV and PA statistics - equality in investigating allegations

Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service did not have the information requested.

Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

In your ‘High Conflict Child Arrangement Disputes, Off The Shelf Training, NIS 2016/17” material you state “Consider a Clinical Psychologist Consultation to help clarify the issues and plan the work” and that “A clinical psychologist is available every Wednesday” .

1. In how many cases were you ordered by the court to investigate allegations of any type of emotionally harmful parental influence (PA) in 2015/2016?

2. Out of those cases how many were referred to a Clinical Psychologist either during the S7 investigation or was the / or part of the recommendation of the FCA to the court in 2015/2016?
