I am making this request for information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I was recently reading your response to an internal review, IR2013025. The requestor sought information about bullying within the BBC Midlands Region. The BBC refused to provide all the information it holds on the basis that doing so would be likely to exceed the appropriate limits.

Please now provide the following information:
1. All internal information held about the processing of the previous FOIA response and IR request (RFI20130129 & IR2013025). This includes relevant information held in BBC staff email accounts.

2. All BBC produced/held information that relates to allegations of staff bullying within the BBC Midlands region since Cath Hearne was appointed as Head of Regional & Local Programmes for that region. This also includes relevant information held in BBC staff email accounts.

I'm optimistic that you'll provide a more satisfactory response this time.

I appreciate that in the wake of the many recent BBC scandals you're overwhelmed with FOIA requests, but that is no excuse for failing to provide a response.
