All Works awarded to 1st Choice Scaffolding (Oxford) Ltd by Oxford City Council (2)

Please can you answer my Freedom of Information request.

1.Please provide a full list of all the Job Numbers raised by Oxford City Council and given to 1st Choice Scaffolding Oxford Ltd for the past five years (2018 to 2023) in full .

2. For each Job awarded to 1st Choice Scaffolding Oxford Ltd please give details of Total cost/value per job as to the list above?

3. Please provide a full list of scaffolding works carried out including the Total Cost/value, Dates of these works, and the awarded contractor for each job? It would also be helpful to provide location addresses of these works to determine if these works had the possibility to be combined on a separate tender contract basis due to the nature of the works and planned orientation.

4. For list of All Jobs requiring scaffolding/safe access of a value £10,000 and above from the past five years. Please provide the awarded scaffolding firm and each value of these Jobs. Jobs where a large undertaking of scaffolding works includes (Green Road Roundabout (OX3 8JZ) – Block of Flats where Temporary Roof and Scaffolding was erected in 2021 & Temporary Roof and Scaffolding for Re-roofing works to Boundary Brook Road (OX4 4AJ) block of flats.) carried out for Oxford City Council.

5. Can Oxford City Council Property Services confirm that the proper procurement procedures were followed in order to achieve best value, and all work was put out to tender to the appropriate number of contractors before it was awarded to the chosen contractor?

6. With reference to 'All scaffolding Suppliers ODS' excel spreadsheet, Specifically have job numbers such as on 05/01/22 - (11895510 / 11895512 / 11895508 ) do these relate to the same Job or different Jobs?

7. In Barns Road, Oxford in early February 2023 scaffolding on a number of council properties were assigned to 1st Choice Scaffolding (Oxford) Ltd for full scaffolding access around each property to aid access for the replacement of guttering/fascia boards on council properties which ODS contractors carried out. Please provide total value/cost for scaffolding works and the assigned job numbers. Also please provide a list as to other scaffolding contractors which were given the opportunity to tender for these works?

8. Please disclose if any staff member (s) / employee (s) of Oxford City Council have a personal interest or link to 1st Choice Scaffolding (Oxford) Ltd?

Dear Freedom Of Information,

Simply, Oxford City Council claiming that they do not hold this information is untrue. The freedom of information officer (Unknown??) should have a look into similar FOI requests regarding this contractor and Oxford City Council as information has been published previously. Therefore, it's not accepted that Oxford City Council does not hold this information.

Kindly, please provide a full response to my FOI request.
