Dear Adams Tessa,

I would like to use the data under the Open Government Licence v3, for any purposes permitted under that licence (I'm aware and understand that Ordnance Survey claim some IP rights in the data, but that under the PSMA you are able to licence the data for re-use under this licence).

Hi Brad,

There is a fee to licence the data for re-use. Fee's need to be payable prior to the work being carried out, which is why the team need to know whether the data is for personal use or if it will be used by others.

If you could update then we can progress your request.

With many thanks & kind regards,

Tessa.

Hello Mr Unwn,

I'm so sorry about this delay. I have since been advised that this type of data falls under EIR and our published schedule of charges, however I am unclear as to which charge / section this falls under and am trying to clarify with the team so that I can let you know if this is the case, and if so the relevant details.

With kind regards,

Tessa.

Good morning,

I'm so sorry about the delay on this. I have finally heard back from the team, and established the delay in advising me which charge it fell under was because they were also still awaiting to hear back as to whether they were allowed to release this data under the terms of their licence. Unfortunately, I can update they are not allowed to release this data.

Please find attached the official response which has more detail on this.

With kind regards

Tessa

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cambridgeshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'All UCR's ORPA's and U roads with vehicular rights'.

I understand the council have refused the request based on sharing the data would infringe a geoplace license, however I am confident that supplying co-ordinates and name of track would not infringe such data.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Brad Unwn
