- If donations have been given to The Chair, Co-Chair, Vice Chair or Secretary by the individual or company giving evidence to the committee?
- Criminal Background Check?
- If the individual has ever been arrested?
- If the individual or company has ever been charged?
- If the individual or company has ever been convicted?
- If the individual or company has ever had any complaints to Trading Standards or any other public body?
- If the individual or company had any investigations by HMRC?
- If the individual or company ever been bankrupt or entered into a voluntary arrangement?
