request as set out below.  Please accept our unreserved apologies for the

You asked:

Could you please provide me with  all the owners/landlords correspondence
addresses who owns HMO Properties ( House of Multiple Occupants) in Merton
Borough Council.

 

 

Our response:

We do not hold a list of all HMOs in the borough, however, we do keep a
register of Licensed HMO’s that are subject to the mandatory licensing
scheme, and attach a copy for your information. However, this copy of the
register does not include the correspondence addresses of the owners /
landlords.  

 

If you wish to view the addresses of the licence holders, then you are
welcome to do this at the Civic Centre by appointment.   Please contact
 Bhamini Patel to arrange this ([1][email address])   If you
have any queries or concerns about this please contact Mrs Patel.
