Subject: FOI 1629992 Holding response

Dear Clara Todd

Freedom of Information Act request holding response – Ref 1629992

Cambridgeshire County Council is considering your request under the
Freedom of Information Act. We can confirm that we do hold the information
requested by you. Please find our holding response as set out below.

Your request:

All local authorities are required to publish, annually, a list of Land
and Buildings that they own or occupy as part of the Local Authorities
(Data Transparency) Code 2014. The list of attributes that they are
required to publish include the name and address of the property as well
as tenure, size of land and buildings and the Service offered from the
asset.

Under the terms of freedom of information, the following should be
published:

1. the raw dataset of all land and buildings owned or occupied by
Cambridgeshire County Council, with all the details as required by the
data transparency act. This may be in xlsx, csv or other easily
transferable and open format.

2. the dataset viewable online as a visual map, so that non-technical
members of the public can quickly access the information that they are
entitled to.

Good examples of the expected fulfilment of this FOI can be seen at
[13]https://www.essex.gov.uk/publications-tr...
- list and map.

Our response:

We have collated a response to your request, however this is currently
pending authorisation. We apologise for the delay and will endeavour to
provide you with a full response as soon as possible.

We hope this information is helpful but if you are unhappy with the
service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a

at either [14][Cambridgeshire County Council request email] or by post at Box No. OCT 1224,
Shire Hall, Cambridge CB3 0AP within 40 days of the date of this e-mail.

the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9

Yours sincerely
