Thank you for your email dated 8 August 2017 where you asked for “the
number of UK holidaymakers claiming their money back due to sickness on an
all inclusive holiday.  And what was the percentage of these cases being
fraudulent.” Your request has been dealt with under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We have  considered your request and can confirm that Citizens Advice does
not hold the information you have requested.  Citizens Advice does not
hold claim data made against travel companies. The Citizens Advice
Consumer Service records complaints made by consumers about certain
traders and companies and the advice given to them to help resolve their
issues. The Consumer Service does not investigate complaints. 
If you wish to provide any further information or clarify your request, we
may be able to look at this again. If you have any queries relating to

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
