All immigration and EU Process Instruction Notices 2014-15
Dear Home Office,
I would be grateful for release of all "Process Instruction Notices" relating to immigration and EU free movement issues for the years 2014 and 2015. I recently came across PIN 86 of 2014 in this earlier Freedom of Information request and had not previously heard of this series of instructions to caseworkers:

Dear Home Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'All immigration and EU Process Instruction Notices 2014-15'.
The reply does not state whether all of the 169 Process Instruction Notices are related to immigration and EU free movement issues. In any event, even if they were it should only take a few hours to review the notices and the reply also does not state that the time taken would exceed 24 hours.
It seems to me that at least some of these notices may, like PIN 86 of 2014 that I mentioned in my initial request, contain information of public importance and I would ask that this request is taken seriously. I will pursue the matter with the Information Commissioner if necessary.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Dear Home Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'All immigration and EU Process Instruction Notices 2014-15'.
I have already request an internal review, on 20 June 2015, and have heard nothing back. I would prefer not to have to pursue this to the ICO as it seems a disproportionate waste of everyone's time and money but will do so if I hear nothing further.

Dear Mr Yeo,
Thank you for your letter of e-mail of 13 August, in which you enquire
about the progress of your internal review request of 23 June regarding
your FOI request (ref. 35715) about Immigration and EEA PINS.
Please accept my apologies on behalf of the department for the length of
time which it is taking to conclude the internal review. We aim to
complete internal reviews within 20 working days, in line with ICO
guidance, but this is not always possible. We will respond as soon as we
can.
You may of course pursue this with the ICO if you wish.
Kind regards
Home Office

How Kind, the ICO has given you authorisation to take your complaint to the ICO to progress. So looks like you've completed their internal review process Colin! :)
*With your request, and Robert Simpsons both being refused, something tells me that the Home Office are really trying to hide something here... :)

It's been 50 working days, this is long overdue for a response. I'd be contacting the ICO
