Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'All emails between King Construction and LCC over the £4.2 million non-existent 'Tarmacadamy''.

I do not seem to have received ALL the emails with regards to my request.

As you are well aware the Council spent over £4.2 million on a number of sites for this non-existent academy on behalf of King Construction. Yet, there is no mention of the land dealings in the email chain provided.

Therefore can you please supply them.

Furthermore, many of the names of senior Officers and Councillors have been redacted when they should not have been. Therefore, please supply these as well.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Mr M Dean
