All discipliners for wilful internal tax credit fraud
Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
I would like to request information relating to gross misconduct cases for tax credit internal fraud and how many people were dismissed and how many were given other punishments such as a final written warning or no further action even if proven internal fraud took place. I request this information from the last 5 to 10 years.
