Thank you for your recent request made under the Freedom of Information
Act, which has been received by Wirral Borough Council.

 

The Council can confirm this request has been received by the FOI team. 
However, we are unable to proceed with your request until  clarification
is received. In particular, please clarify in what capacity you refer to
Peel Holdings and provide specific detail as to the information you are
seeking as this will ensure we allocate your enquiry to the relevant
department(s).

 

Once this clarification is received, we can further progress this for you
as per section 1(3) of the FOI Act (2000).

 

Your enquiry has been placed on hold pending your response and we will aim
to issue a substantive response within 20 working days of receipt of your
