The Council is treating your request as a request under the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Please also note extracting historical data from the Non Domestic Rates
system has proved problematic in the past and the accuracy of each entry
cannot be guaranteed.  Furthermore, the cost of confirming the accuracy of
the information would exceed the cost limits allowed under regulations
which support the Freedom of Information legislation.

In addition, given the volume of accounts contained within your request,
it is not possible to complete the required redaction of individual names
from the attached spreadsheet within the costs limits allowed.
Consequently I have removed all names and billing addresses. However, to
be of assistance, this information may be available within the Assessors
portal, the S.A.A.

Alternatively, if there are any specific areas within Glasgow which you
are seeking to identify, this may be possible to complete on a smaller
scale.

The information which you requested and which can be provided is enclosed
within the attached spreadsheet.

The Council accordingly feels that it has complied with your request.
Should you however be dissatisfied with the way Glasgow City Council has
dealt with your request you are entitled to require the council to review
its decision.  Please note that for a review to take place you must:

Lodge a written requirement for a review within 40 working days of the
date of this letter. Include a correspondence address and a

description of the original request and the reason why you are
dissatisfied.

Address your request to the :

Director of Corporate Governance and Solicitor to the Council

Glasgow City Council

City Chambers

George Square

Glasgow G2 1DU

Email: [email address]

You will receive notice of the results of the review within 20 working
days of receipt of your request.  The notice will state the decision
reached by the reviewing officer as well as details of how to appeal to
the Scottish Information Commissioner if you are still dissatisfied with
the council’s response.  You must request an internal review by the
council before a complaint can be directed to the Scottish Information
Commissioner.

If you have any further queries regarding this process, please do not
hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely

Dear Dickson, John (Revenues),

My Assistive technology reader is unable to open either the excel file or HTML file provided in the link above.

I don't want to invoke rights under The Disability Act, but would it be possible to provide the data in csv format?

Yours sincerely,

Hans Van Den Broeck
