Dear info.gov,
I am asking for an internal review into the Trusts non compliance with regards to my Freedom of Information request.
We are in the middle of a corona virus panademic but your blatant breach of the law beggars belief.
I will now take my complaint to the information commissioner.

Yours sincerely,

Alison Stevens.

Dear Alison Stevens,

Unfortunately the person who would deal with this type of request has now been called up to the Nightingale Hospital in Manchester, this is the reason for the delay however I will approach the service for an update. You have asked a lot of questions on 1 individual child and we cannot give information out on any individual patient, unless it is collective data which amounts to 5 patients' or more so unfortunately we would not be in a position to answer most of your request as it seems to be aimed at 1 individual.

Kind Regards

Information Governance Team
