Dear Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust,

Please can you provide me with the statistics for alcohol-related attendances to the Emergency Department of the Queens Medical Centre in June 2013?

Can these figures be broken down to date of attendance and separated out for each day with the number of attendees for each PCT (or their new name)?

Please provide a total number of attendances (including non-alcohol related) on each particular date.
