The request was refused by Royal Air Force.

Dear Royal Air Force,

I am compiling a family tree for my grandchildren.
I would like to add WWII service records of both my father and mother, and my husband's father in with the rest of info. I have. How do I get to view and print these records please. I see celebreties on TV doing it.... but how is it done.
I am semi disabled and cannot travel to London. Can I view these records online please.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mrs King

Thank you for your e-mail which was received in this office on 21 August
