Air quality results referred to in 17/505711/HYBRID Land at wises lane

The request was partially successful.

Dear Swale Borough Council,

In the planning officers final report for planning application 17/505711/HYBRID Land at wises lane , EXTRA-ORDINARY PLANNING COMMITTEE – 30 JANUARY 2019, Report of the Head of Planning, section 6.21 criticizes an AQ report submitted by The University of Kent and states that:

"A number of statements are made in the report which cannot be substantiated
because the data is not comparable with the long-term monitoring carried out by SBC"

Furthermore, Mark Radford the CEO of Swale Borough Council, responded to a complaint from Borden Parish Council about how the application had been handled with the following reference to the monitoring data taken by Swale Borough Council around Borden Village:

"By the end of 2018, officers felt there was a need for this new information to be put
before the Committee. They were mindful that in August 2018 the Committee had
agreed a deferment of 12 months but officers already had at that point at least 12 months worth of data which Phlorum had and independently verified"

At the time of this FOI request, the data warehouse for SBC (kentair.org) lists only two months of diffusion tube data for the sites around Borden Village (sites SW107 to SW116 inclusive).

Can you please answer the following questions and provide the following information:

- The 12 months of monitoring data for sites SW107 to SW116 that Mark Radford refers to
- Or if it isn't sites SW107 to SW116, the 12 months of data that Mark Radford refers to and where it came from (site locations, equipment specification, etc)

Yours faithfully,

Ashley Mills
