T Henderson made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs
Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,
Under the Environmental Information Regulations, please can you supply me with copies of the minutes of the meetings of the Programme Board concerned with air quality, noise and the local environment since 1st May 2010. This programme board was referred to by Daniel Instone in yesterday's witness session of the Environmantal Audit Committee as meeting regularly to bring departments together at a strategic level to look right across the piece.

<<020811 RFI4119 response.doc>> Dear Mr Henderson,
Please find attached a covering letter which sets out what information we have been able to provide; and a PDF document containing the four sets of minutes of the Atmosphere & Local Environment (ALE) Programme Boards since May 2010.
Dear Mr Henderson,
I'm ever so sorry but please could you replace the previous covering letter (4 August) that I sent you with the one attached to this mail. I sincerely apologise but I just noticed that I sent a draft version of the letter instead of the final version. The draft version had an exception quoted that is not the right one for this EIR. I have now amended this exception (12e) to the right one(s) - 12 (a) and (d) - and I have provided even further detail on reasons for the exceptions.
As such I have missed the 20-day deadline for return of this EIR as it is now 22 days since your request was logged. Please again accept my sincerest apologies for the delay.
Dear Mr Henderson,
Please find attached a covering letter which sets out what information we
have been able to provide; and a PDF document containing the latest minute
of the Atmosphere & Local Environment (ALE) Programme Boards since May
2010. As referred to in the letter in future we will be publishing the
minutes on the ALE section of the Defra website. I will let you know the
link to these pages as soon as possible (likely to be February 2012 after
the next programme board).

Is the web address for future publication of the Board minutes established yet ? If so, could you let me know what it is ?
I apologise for the delay but have been on annual leave. We have just received an FOI request from yourself which we will respond to in due course. In the meantime there has only been one set of minutes which we are in the process of finalising and putting onto the website. There has been some difficulty in determining where it should be hosted on the website but we are in the process of resolving this.
Again sincere apologies for the delay.
