As per DEFRA guidelines, this should include Site Name, Site Code, Site Type, Ordnance Survey Code, Latitude/Longitude, Address, Height from road, Kerb Distance, Period/Month, Concentration, Status, Comments (if any), Prep Lab, Analysis Lab, Pollutant Type and all other
relevant data.

Could you also confirm if Bolton Council has conducted Air Quality Monitoring on Horwich Loco Works from 1984 to present day.
1. If yes, please supply data as per DEFRA guidelines above.
2. If not could you explain why as Bolton Council is the 3rd largest land owner of that site.

Bolton Council has not conducted Air Quality Monitoring on Horwich Loco
Works.

 

2. The Freedom of Information Act states you have a right to request any
recorded information held by a public authority. Your request can be in
