Air Quality Grant 2011/12 Progress Reports
Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,
Under the Environmental Information Regulations, please can you supply me with copies of the Progress Reports and, if required, Completion Reports submitted by London authorities for projects carried out under the 2011-12 Air Quality Grant scheme.
I note that the web page
http://www.defra.gov.uk/environment/qual...
referred to the call for these reports and I presume that similar conditions to the 2012/13 scheme applied to that of the previous year . The 2012/13 conditions include:
"7.7 The Grant Recipient shall provide the Authority with a progress report in September
2013, and if the Approved Project is not complete by this date, a final report within
three months following the end of Grant Period which shall confirm whether the
Approved Project has been successfully and properly completed."
Yours faithfully,
T Henderson
