Air Pollution Diffusion Tube Data

Dear Bromley Borough Council,

Could you please supply me with the monthly data you hold from your
air pollution diffusion tube monitoring scheme for each month from
2005 to present. I understand that as part of the Air Quality
Management Area scheme such data is collected.

As per DEFRA guidelines, this should include Site Name, Site Code,
Site Type, Ordnance Survey Code, Latitude/Longitude, Address,
Height from road, Kerb Distance, Period/Month, Concentration,
Status, Comments (if any), Prep Lab, Analysis Lab, Pollutant Type
and all other
relevant data, including where relevant the bias applied to each
measurement.

By law, the council may take up to 20 working days to provide you with
non-personal information held by the authority.  In some cases, a charge

Re: Air pollution data i.e. diffusion tube details since 2005

 

I write to acknowledge your Freedom of Information request dated 15^th
August 2015 and apologise for the slight delay in responding. Published
diffusion tube monitoring did not commence within the Borough until post
August 2007 and therefore only data post this date is available.

 

To facilitate in your request I have attached the various published
updating and screening assessment reports which includes the ratified
diffusion tube data you require together with monitoring locations and
methodology as required. At present the data for 2015 has not been
finalised and it is hoped the final Updating Screening Assessment report
will be published in the near future.
