• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

The start date of this Framework was 3rd January 2014 and the duration was
for 4 years.

 

 

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?

There were 2 options to extend for a further 12 months each (2 years in
total if both extensions taken) but to not last longer than 4 years in
total. Only 1 extension was taken so the contract ended in January 2017.

 

 

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?

This contract was replaced with 000766 – Health and Social Care Equipment
Solutions. We are currently looking at the renewal of this framework.

 

 

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

The senior officer responsible for this framework but not really involved
is Gavin Rimmington - Head of Public Sector.
