Thank you for your email. I am unable to say exactly when the file will
become available at The National Archives (TNA), as the timetable for
publication will be dependent on the TNA's pre-publication processes. The
section 22 exemption applies where there is a plan to publish information
at a future date, whether the date itself is determined or not.

 

TNA pre-publication processes for transferred records are described in
