Dear Legal Aid Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Legal Aid Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Aid given re Application regarding Travellers Site.'.

Whilst it is appreciated that there is an element of confidentiality concerning the subject of my request, the matter is of considerable public concern with Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council running non-house expenses to some 52,000 pounds and the local residents group in excess of 40,000 pounds (both sums obtained without conflict), it is requested that your Agency reconsiders its reticence.

There have been other requests concerning legal aid costs associated with travelers' sites. For example but not limited to the infamous Dale Farm case in Essex where information as to the financial onus on The Agency has been forthcoming.

Yours Faithfully,

Edward Boyle.

TO ESTABLISH THE COST AND ONUS OF MISCREANT APPLICATIONS FOR RETROSPECTIVE PLANNING PERMISSIONS FOR TRAVELLERS SITES ON THE PUBLIC PURSE.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...
