From July 2011 1,200 additional staff from Community Health Services
joined the Trust to form a new division.

Where the data shows a minus figure this is because it comes from a
finance data source and likely represents a correction where spend was
miscoded (e.g. it may have been incorrectly coded as agency and then
removed aftwards).
