Dear Mr Richards,
Freedom of Information Request 423
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request which we received on
31/05/2016.
I have been advised that we have no ticketing agreements with Network
rail, who are only responsible for the national rail infrastructure and
not ticketing and we do not have an agreement with ATOC, who are the
Association of Train Operating Companies.
The West Midlands Rail Franchise owner (London Midland) is signed up to
the Conditions of Participation – CentroCard Ticketing Scheme on behalf of
all TOCs for accepting nNetwork tickets. I have attached this document to
this email.
I have also attached the Transport Act 1985 Travel (Rail) Concession
Scheme.

information has been dealt with you should write to Nichola Vine, Head of
Legal and Procurement Services, at the address below. She will undertake a

Services, you remain dissatisfied with the handling of your request you
have the right under section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to
apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision unless you
have exhausted our complaints procedure. The Information Commissioner can
be contacted at: The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House,
