Agreements between Genomics England Ltd / DH and Illumina

Dear Genomics England Ltd,

please provide a copy of original contractual agreement(s) and any supporting documentation, made between any of the parties: Genomics England Ltd, the Department of Health England, and Illumina.

Please include all forward looking agreements and memorandum of understanding.

It should include the commitments made by Illumina to the volume of capacity they will deliver to Genomics England Ltd.

Further it should include any agreement which outlines the delivery commitments made by Genomics England to Illumina.

In turn, Illumina will invest around £162million into the work in England over four years, creating new knowledge and jobs in the field of genome sequencing. It will also pave the way for all NHS patients to eventually benefit from this exciting new technology."
