senior leadership teams since 1st September 2011 to present. This
should only include Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers and Assistant
Headteachers or their equivalents.

Age ranges should be grouped as follows:

30 and under

31 to 35

36 to 40

41 to 45

46 to 50

51 and over
