Rupert Moss-Eccardt

Dear East Cambridgeshire District Council,

Please can you provide me with the agenda item and associated
reports and appendixes that were covered by agenda item 15 on the
agenda paper? I note that there was a suggestion that the information may be exempt but I remind you that this is a qualified exemption under FoIA and that Category 3 does
not apply for items for which ECDC has granted itself planning
permission.

Yours faithfully,

Rupert Moss-Eccardt

Dear East Cambridgeshire District Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of East Cambridgeshire District Council's handling of my FOI request 'Agenda Item 15, Council Meeting 22nd October'.

I cannot believe that every part of the agenda paper would fall into information that would dangerously strengthen the hand of a competitor for the tender. Indeed, the advert would typically include an indicative budget. I would expect a small amount of redaction at the very worst, not the whole item being exempt.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Regards,

Rupert
