Thank you for your email. This is an automated response to let you know
your email has arrived. The FOI/EIR/DPA Team may not be able to view your
email immediately (for example if you send your request late
afternoon/evening or on a weekend, it will not be read until the following
working day) and your request will be logged as received when it is first
opened and read by us. If we require clarification or further information
we will write to you and log the request when we receive your reply. If
the email contains a request for information, the 20 working day countdown
will start on the first working day after receipt of this request.
If you are submitting a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), we may come

Dear Mr Riffone,
Mid Sussex is not a social services authority, this is dealt with by the
county council. If you have not done so already, you need to send your
request to West Sussex County Council, [email address].
