Since 2020 and the covid outbreak we have not used agency staff until this
last year. We only employ/hire agency staff either permanently or
temporary after exhausting all other recruitment methods. All advertising
and recruitment is completed in house by the HR team.

No we are not a part of any group or Trust, we do have 3 sites but all
recruitment is handled by the central HR team.

Our highest spend month on general recruitment advertising is February
when we run a recruitment campaign ready for the new academic year staff,
there is no specific high spend month for agency recruitment as it is on
an as needed basis.

Total spend from April 2023 to present is £65321.45 (£61242.65 temporary /
£4078.80 permanent) these are payments for just 5 people.

As stated above we have not used agencies until this past academic year,
for agency recruitment we would have spent the highest amount in October
2023.
