If you have a managed service provider (MSP) in place for the provision
of temporary agency staff, please provide the following;

a. How was the contract to manage/provide the supply of agency/temporary
staff let?

Our current MSP contract was let through a mini- competition via the ESPO
MSTAR2 Framework - Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources.

Our new MSP contract was let by direct award via the ESPO MSTAR3 Framework
- Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources.

b. Who was the contract to manage/provide the supply of agency/temporary
staff let to?

The current contract was let to Comensura.

The new contract was let to Comensura.

c. When did the contract to manage / provide the supply of temporary /
agency staff commence, how long does it run for and what is the end date?

The current contract commenced on 4th March 2019 and will end on 3rd March
2023.

The new contract will commence on 4^th March 2023 until 3^rd March 2027.
