Dear Hampshire Probation Trust,

I am compiling a report on agency spend in the Probation Service. Please kindly provide me with the following information;

The number of locum/temporary/agency Probation Officers for each calendar month of 2012 i.e.
January 2012 5 Probation Officers

The number of locum/temporary/agency Probation Service Officers for each calendar month of 2012 i.e.
January 2012 5 Probation Service Officers

The total monthly fees paid to recruitment agencies for each calendar month of 2012 i.e.
January 2012 £100,000 paid to agencies.

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information Act request in which you
asked for information relating to locum/temporary/agency staff within
Hampshire Probation Trust.  I am writing to advise you that I have
established that the information you requested is not held by Hampshire
Probation Trust and there is, therefore, no information to release to you
as the Trust does not hold information on temporary staff that are
employed via agencies.

We trust this fulfils your request, but as part of our obligations under
the FOIA, the Hampshire Probation Trust has an independent review process.
 If you are dissatisfied with this decision, you may write to request an
internal review.  The internal review will be carried out by someone who
did not make the original decision, and they will re-assess how the
Probation Trust handled the original request. If you wish to request an
