Information Request - 28929770 - Agency Spend for Adult social care 
 
I am writing further to your request for information received on  22
January 2025. We are unable to proceed with your request because we do not
consider that it is a valid request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 (FOIA).
 
We require your full name before we can consider this to be a valid
request under the FOIA.
 
This requirement is set out in Section 8(1)(b), which states that a valid
request will 'state the name of the applicant'. The ICO has produced
guidance regarding this part of the Act, stating that a 'real name' can
be:
 
'Any variation of the requester's title or first name combined with their
surname … However, a first name or surname provided in isolation, or a set
of initials, will not.'
 
As the request we have received from you only provides first name in
isolation, it is not a valid request under the FOIA.
 
Please therefore provide your real name in full. At that point we shall
continue to process your request and aim to respond to you within 20
working days beginning the day after the clarification is received.

possible as follows

Agency spend Mental health
Agency spend Learning and physical disabilities
Agency spend for crisis care and in the home
Which agencies are they using?
What is the spend per agency?
How much are they spending off contract for care staff?

I would also like the same above information for the following

Mental health residential care homes
Learning and disabilities residential care homes

Broken down per facility if possible for the residential care homes
 
Under statutory timeframes our response to your request is due by 19
February 2025.

Please advise if you just mean total agency spend?

working days.

consider your request to be withdrawn and you will not receive a response.
